Addis Ababa, February 2, 2010 (Addis Ababa) - The 14th AU Summit unanimously elected Prime Minister Meles Zenawi to represent Africa in the coming consecutive global climate conferences. The Summit commended the leading and coordinating role of PM Meles at Copenhagen Climate Conference where there was hard time to negotiate with many stakeholders. The leaders in attendance of the assembly have expressed their appreciation for the premier who strives to secure the benefits and interest of Africa. ---END--- |
