Senior government officials, invited guests and workers of the ministry attended the event held on the premises of ENA.

The Minister Berhan Hailu on the occasion said his ministry has been exerting efforts to provide information from the government to the public and vice versa qualitatively.

Numerous experiences of other countries have been drawn so as to make operations of the ministry more efficient, he said.

He called on workers with various sectors to brace up for quality production and delivery of public information in various forms including news, programs and press outputs.

The government during the past 17 years has attained vital successes through efforts deployed in participatory fashion, he said.

Workers of the ministry visited a relevant photographic exhibition displayed at the Exhibition Center.
